Here are the first things you should pay attention to in order to be satisfied with your choice.

Square footage

We often think that the more square meters, the better. In fact, the main charm of a 2-room apartment is its functionality.

Pay attention to the layout - it is better to have an apartment of 50 sq m and use every corner, than 65 sq m, where almost half of the space is taken up by large and dark corridors.

Bedroom size - be sure to see if the bedroom can accommodate a large bed and a wardrobe so that you can move around the room freely. The optimal bedroom size starts from 12-15 square meters.



Studio-style living room - modern comfort

South and east - these are the best sides. The apartment is bright all day, which also affects the mood and significantly reduces heating bills in winter (by about 20-30%).

North - such apartments are often cold and dark, which is associated with additional costs. The lack of sunlight often causes dampness and mold, which not only spoils the renovation, but is also harmful to health.

Construction quality and delivery conditions

When buying a 2-room apartment, always ask:

  • In what condition will it be delivered? (Black, white or green frame). Green frame is the most popular because it saves you time and energy during renovation.
  • Infrastructure - is there a well-organized elevator, security, cleaning service and, most importantly, parking in the building? A 2-room apartment in the city center without parking means great inconvenience.

If you choose a bright, well-planned space in a good area, your purchase will become even more expensive after years. Do not rush, pay attention to the details and remember - you are buying not just walls, but an environment where your every day should begin calmly and comfortably.
