Gldani

Solum Development has implemented the construction of a 100-apartments, 11-story residential building with underground parking on a 1448m2 land plot in Zurab Mirakishvili #29 in the 7th micro-district of Gldani. The project was implemented in compliance with modern fire (Decree 41) safety requirements. Fire systems were installed as on underground car park space also in the upper level corridors, and in the residential apartments. During the execution of the project, high-quality facade materials (natural stone Metekhi clay bricks) and original German SALAMANDER brand PVC windows were installed. Construction began on October 1, 2019 and was completed on March 1, 2022.

The total construction area of the project is 8,523 m2
