The ongoing construction of Zurab Mirakishvili Street # 29 in Gldani is implemented by Solum Development, which is fully funded by the Bank of Georgia.
The project envisages the construction of a modern, two-storey, 64-apartment, 9-storey residential building with underground parking. This will be the most customized, comfortable and distinctive project in Gldani.
Construction began on October 1, 2019 and will end in March 2021.
